Lippan currently ships orders within India.

Shipping charges
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within India. Any exception, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and carrier serviceability. Remote locations, weather, operational disruptions, or carrier delays may require additional time.

Order tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch through the contact information provided with the order.

Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. We may request photographs or an unboxing video to assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
