These Terms govern your use of the Lippan website and purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability
Lippan offers home décor products including wall clocks, shelves, wall art, and macramé products. Product images are representative; colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or material variation. Product availability may change without notice.

Pricing and payments
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are included where stated. We may correct pricing, product-description, or availability errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.

Orders
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, incorrect information, or another operational issue. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Installation and safe use
Wall-mounted products must be installed on a suitable surface using appropriate hardware and methods. Customers are responsible for checking wall strength, installation suitability, and safe use. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, or use outside the product instructions is not covered.

Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on this website.

Intellectual property
All website content, product photographs, designs, logos, and text belong to Lippan or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lippan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
