At Lippan, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued back as store credit.

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at returns@lippan.shop or log in to your Lippan account to start a return request.

2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid shipping label provided by Lippan or arrange your own shipping method.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email support@lippan.shop with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

• Free Returns: We offer free returns for orders over ₹999.

• For other returns, a small fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
